As a global brand, Marketing Operations needs to communicate clearly to all cultures worldwide. We created the entire visual language of brand and platform using abstract elements, to  broaden the inclusivity aspect and the communication reach.

The semi-circle is the cornerstone of the Marketing Operations brand identity. Representing the two sides that come together to make a whole, it is indicative of both a global and unified approach. 
By dividing the semi-circle using a grid, a variety of new shapes can be created. These shapes have been used to form the framework for the visual identity, as well as the basis for branded illustrations. 

The experience is divided into two sections: find and discovery. The find section is the systematic section of the website, clean, without any visual distractions.The discovery section is divided into 4 areas that are color based. A wide variety of illustrations, based on our grid system, are animated following rules of physics. We used easing on all the animations to reflect how objects move through space in real life and to allow shapes to bounce off each other and change direction as they hit a barrier.
